The Webster is a six-story, 126,271-square-foot mixed-use building in the heart of Downtown Auburn Hills. It will consist of 7,476 square feet of first-floor retail space, a 23-space parking garage, and five additional floors above consisting of 88 one & two-bedroom residential apartments.
We chose the project name Webster in honor of the City’s history. Aaron Webster, who died in 1823, Mr. Webster is recognized as the first landowner in what is now incorporated as the City of Auburn Hills.
The projected completion date is the Summer of 2024
